Finding reliable factories, negotiating terms, and managing the intricate logistics proved to be a daunting task, consuming both time and money. From being cheated by unreliable suppliers to finally finding the perfect factory, the journey took about a year and was fraught with difficulties, especially given their full-time employment and long working hours.
Chelsea’s expertise in exporting products from China, coupled with her proficiency in Mandarin, provided a significant advantage. Umar’s technical skills complemented Chelsea’s knowledge, creating a strong partnership. Their combined experiences and skills led them to realize the need for a service that could simplify this process for others. Thus, Chelsea Shipping was founded.
